View Attendance on the Employee Calendar

An administrator can configure a graphical view of Attendance data elements.

• Display elements in daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly views
• Choose daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly views

Then, combine multiple events into a calendar data set for Attendance purposes.

Elements to display

• Events
  • Scheduled events or non schedule events
  • Holidays or special days

  • Number of points or occurrences

  • Attendance actions Responses to employee occurrences, positive or negative. taken.
• Perfect Attendance A collection of attendance events, attendance patterns, or combined events that disqualify an employee from attaining perfect attendance.

• Balance Adjustment / Reset

  Balance adjustments, balance resets, negation of expirations, or expirations in either hours or points.
