Attendance Transactions
The Attendance Transactions entity exposes the transactional data generated by the Attendance application. Data can be retrieved for the following types of Attendance transactions:
- Action
- Balance Reset
- Balance Update
- Event
- Expiring Point
- Perfect Attendance Award
- Perfect Attendance Deduction
- Perfect Attendance Disqualification
In addition, the Attendance Transactions provides daily balance data and period start and end balance data. The data provided in this entity is also available on the Attendance Details page of the application.
The data columns in the Attendance Transactions entity are organized by the type of transaction and the same data column, such as Balance Name, exists for each transaction type. Use the Category name in the data column selector to identify the transaction type and select the data columns necessary to report on that particular type of transaction. Each transaction type has all the data columns necessary for reporting on that specific area. It is recommended that Dataviews and reports use only those data columns related to a single transaction type.
