Audit Availability

The ability to create Dataviews and reports that provide detailed audit information related to the adding, editing, or deleting of the availability of employees requires the use of data columns from four different entities in the Data Dictionary: Audit Availability, Schedule Availability, Schedule Segment Availability, and Availability Type.

This family of data columns provide the data necessary to understand who added, edited, or deleted an employee’s availability and the type of action taken by the user (Insert, Update, or Delete).

The Schedule Availability data columns provide a unique identifier for the availability version, the date to which the availability applies, and indicators that identify the availability as system-generated and deleted.

The Schedule Segment Availability data columns provide the start and end times of the schedule segment to which the availability applies.

The Availability Type data column provides the type of availability related to a specific schedule segment (Available, Unavailable, Preferred, or Preferred Time Off).

All data columns can be used together in a Dataview, but it is necessary to disable the Column Relationship Rules. This will allow you to create a Dataview that provides key audit information related to availability.
