Employee Certification Assignment

The Employee Certification Assignment entity provides data columns that allow the creation of Dataviews and Report Data Objects that provide information on all certifications that are assigned to employees.

This entity is purely for reporting on the certifications assigned to each employee. It is not intended to be used with transactional data.

Provides one row per employee per assigned certification.

Label Description Key
Certification Display Name Display name of the employee's assigned certification. SCH_PEOPLE_CERTIFICATION_DISPLAY_NAME
Certification Expiration Date The Expiration Date of the certification assigned to the employee. SCH_PEOPLE_CERTIFICATION_EXPIRATION_DATE
Certification Expired Indicator Indicates if the employee's certification has expired. SCH_PEOPLE_CERTIFICATION_IS_EXPIRED
Certification Grant Date The Grant Date of the certification assigned to the employee. SCH_PEOPLE_CERTIFICATION_GRANT_DATE
Certification Name Name of the employee's assigned certification. SCH_PEOPLE_CERTIFICATION_NAME
Certification Number The number of the certification assigned to the employee. SCH_PEOPLE_CERTIFICATION_NUMBER
Certification Proficiency Level Proficiency level of the employee's assigned certification. SCH_PEOPLE_CERTIFICATION_PROFICIENCY_LEVEL_NAME
