Paycode Distributions

Paycode distribution rules specify how employees are paid for time other than their regular time, based on combination rules.

Use the Paycode Distribution page ( Administration > Application Setup > Pay Policies > Work Rule Building Blocks > Paycode Distributions) to set up paycode distributions.

Enter the following information in the Paycode Distribution editor:

• Combination Rule — The combination rule for this paycode distribution.
  Note: The maximum number of items in a combination rule that can display in the Pay Code Distribution table is 15. If your combination rule has more than the maximum, use the filter to reduce the amount of items.
• Paycode distribution table — Displays the overtimes, zones, schedule deviations, and paycodes in the combination rule for this paycode distribution.
• Edit paycodes — Click to change the paycodes in the paycode distribution table.
• Copy paycodes — Click to copy paycodes from one portion of the table to another.
