Workflow notifications

Navigate to Application Setup > Event/Notification > Workflow Notifications page.

Workflow notifications can be used by most applications in the suite. A workflow notification is delivered to appropriate recipients by any of the following methods:

• Email — The recipient receives an email message about the notification. This message can also contain a link to a page in the product. This is called one-click navigation
• Control Center — The recipient receive the notification in Control Center.

Each workflow notification is triggered by a specific event.For example, you can configure the system to notify employees of the pending start or end of an employee visibility period. See Configure Visibility Period Actions for more information.
