Accrual Code

Use the Accrual Code entity to create Dataviews and reports that include accrual balances and transactions. It provides the data columns that display the accrual code related to a balance or transaction, as well as all of the attributes of that accrual code, such as its name and type (hours, money, or day).

Note: The Accrual Code entity is not used with the Accrual Transactions entity. The Accrual Transactions entity provides the Accrual Code data columns necessary for transaction-level reporting.

Accrual Code Editable Indicator

 Allows edits of this accrual code usingGroup Edits. It is selected by default. This option does not affect the Pay Out option in Group Edits, which allows the transfer of hours from an accrual code to a pay code.

Accrual Code Hours Per Day

 For the accrual type of Days, enter the number of hours that constitute a day in hh:mm format. This field is not editable if you selected Hours or Money.

Accrual Code ID

 The ID of Accrual Code

Accrual Code Name

 The name of the Accrual Code.

Accrual Code Short Name

 An abbreviated name for the accrual code, used for reports and device displays. Use up to three characters.

TK_ACC_SMRY_ACCODE_SH_NAME

Accrual Code Type

 The code tied to the accrual policy determined by the Accrual Profile assigned to the employee.

TK_ACC_SMRY_ACCODE_TYPE_NAME

Accrual Code Type ID

 The ID associated with the type of Accrual (Day, Hour, or Money)
