Sign Off

The Sign Off entity provides the data columns necessary to understand the status of, date of, and manager who performed the most recent sign-off action.

Payroll Locked Through Date Time

 The date and time through which the payroll is locked.

Previous Period Signed Off Indicator

 Indicates the employee has been signed off through the end of the previous period.

Sign-Off Preparation Indicator Indicates if the Sign Off preparation Indicator is active, which temporarily disallows timecard edits by employees and managers. TK_IS_IN_SIGN_OFF_PREPARATION

Sign Off Date

 The date of the Sign Off.

TK_SIGNOFF_PERFORMED_DATE

Sign Off Hire Date

 The employee's Hire Date.

TK_HIREDATE

Sign Off Locked Through Date

 The last day of the last period that was signed off.

TK_SIGNOFFLOCK_THRU_DATETIME

Sign Off Pending Indicator

 Indicates if the Sign off is pending.

TK_IS_SIGNOFF_PENDING

Signed Off By

 The name of who signed off on the timecard.

Signed Off Indicator

 Indicates if the employees timecard has been signed off.

TK_IS_VALID_SIGNOFF

Signed Off Through Date

 The date through which the sign off is valid.

TK_MANAGER_SIGNOFF_THRU_DATE
  • The Sign Off Date column provides the date of the most recent sign-off that was applied to the employee’s timecard.
  • The Signed Off Indicator column and Previous Period Signed Off Indicator column are based on the selected time period or date range of the executed Dataview.
